Get ready for the most action packed cast of next year. 

Forget the Inglorious Bastards, meet The Expendables. 

Starring Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham and Jet Li, The Expendables is about a trio of Mercs who are sent to South America to overthrow a South American Dictator.

It’s being written and directed by Sly so you just know it’s going to be brutal.  My only concern is that both Statham and Li have gotten used to using wires to perform their more extravagant moves lately and after Stallone’s raw Rambo, could they find themselves out of their comfort zone?

Regardless, I like where this project is headed, throw in Segal and Van Damme and you’ve got yourself a real movie, how’s about it?
