In February 2009, the old Capcom classic game Street Fighter will once again be seen on the shelves of retail outlets worldwide. Though it sounds like a nice nostalgic moment, this will of course be the new version of Street Fighter; installment four of the series. Street Fighter IV will be released on February 20th in Europe, and will be playable for the first time on X Box 360 and PS3.

Never fear though, it is still binding itself to the original series – the game incorporates the whole cast of Street Fighter II as well as new additions. However, Capcom have opted for a glitzier 3D approach instead of the classic 2D style which made the game so lovable.

Oh well, you can’t win ‘em all.
