Despite the previous somewhat arrogant comments from Apple about the new iPhone and how it was the future of gaming, the sales have “flatlined” across Western Europe and North America. The problem has really sparked from the fact that there is a limited on-portal share for publishers of the games themselves and that is driving them away from the sector. Also, the poor marketing has been critisised (actually, when was the last time you saw a really good game advert for a mobile phone?)

Although, Apple will be pleased to know that the iPhone has raised the majority of interest from potential consumers. However it’s not much, and definitely not enough to hold their sales afloat for long.

Well, you know what they say. He who blows his own trumpet will get complaints from the neighbours. Or something like that.
