Bad news for Aussie F.E.A.R fans; the Australian Classification Board and Classification Review Board have refused to classify F.E.A.R 2: Project Origin, meaning that the game will be banned in the region. This follows the refusal of Fallout 3 as well – although they eventually relented and labelled it MA15+.

Strangely, in my opinion, Australia only offers classification for games up to MA15+ leaving any titles intended for 18 year-olds and above without the possibility of release.

If they’re labelling F.E.A.R as 18+ heaven knows what they must think of Manhunt…
