It seems that DC Comics are taking their comic to movie adaptations seriously for once.

Green Lantern is in pre-pre production.  This is good news for everybody concerned as The Green Lantern is sure to be a hit.

Seeing the Green Lantern Corp on film will be a truly remarkable sight and the thought of all the crazy shit they can do with the ring is getting me all giddy with excitement.

The only downside to all this is that there are rumblings of the writers trying to shoe-horn a Superman cameo into the movie, which means only one thing; they are trying to set up a Justice League movie much in the same way that Marvel are doing with their Avengers property.

Don’t know about you but I wish they’d just concentrate on the characters in a solo capacity.

I mean , it didn’t harm Dark Knight did it?
