GTA 4: Lost And The Damned Sets Xbox Live Record!

The downloadable add on pack Lost and the Damned for Grand Theft Auto has broken the record for first day revenue on the Xbox Live Arcade service. The add on, which is a 15 hour story, and came combined with a week’s worth of free online play for the game, managed to generate a bigger increase in active users the week before launch than any previous DLC. Marc Whitten, general manager of Xbox Live, had this to say – “The success of Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned redefines what consumers expect from Game Add-ons, content like this is extending the lives of our favorite games and fundamentally changing the way we play.”…

Sony Home Update!

Sony have announced some updates for Home. Original Xbox Owners, You Are Now On Your Own!

On March 2nd, Microsoft will no longer repair the original Xbox console. Those of you who still own, (and play) the Xbox and who still have their console under warranty will be able to take advantage of an Xbox 360 upgrade offer should they find that their big black box wigs out on them.
