It seems that The Flash movie is back on and Neil Patrick Harris and Scott Porter are both in the running (excuse the pun) to play ‘fastest man on Earth’.

This is good news for fans of the comic, and not particularly with regards to the casting choices but the fact that this film is in development at all.

A couple weeks back Warner Bros. stated that they were putting all their superhero franchises on hold indefinitely, but now it seems that someone at the studio has woken up and realized what a stupid decision that was.

Expect to see a fever pitch of DC superhero movies announced in the upcoming weeks.
