Twilight fans will be pleased to hear the news that Summit Entertainment have announced a June 30 2010 release date for the third installment of the vampyric films Twilight. It is going to be called Eclipse according to sources.
Fans will know that the second book New Moon is already in hurried production. That is due on screens in the UK on November 27 – a week after the US airdate. According to Empire the movies will be made “back-to-back” in a bid to keep Robert Pattinson as youthful as possible, to preserve the illusion of immortality.
I’ve never actually seen Twilight myself, as the whole vampire genre has grown a bit tiresome for me, but apparently not to all the pre-pubescent teens. Why do I feel so old all of a sudden?
