Could Josh Hartnett be playing Loki in the upcoming Thor movie?

Well, if Kenneth Branagh gets his way he will.

Sources say that Hartnett has already met with Branagh to discuss the role and that old Ken was very impressed with what he saw.

Hartnett is said to be excited at playing his first onscreen bad guy.

Thor is set for a 2010 release.
