Sam Raimi has been talking about Spider-Man 4.

The movie, which has been given a May 6, 2011 release, is “in the earliest stages of working with the writer, trying to work out a story.”

Raimi also stated that they are working only on Spider-Man 4.

Previous reports claimed that he was working on both the fourth and fifth installments at the same time.

Raimi went on to say; “All the characters or villains, whatever we decide to do will be from Stan Lee’s creations or those that came after him.”

On whether or not Kirtsen Dunst would return; “I’m hoping she’ll be in it and I’m planning on having a story with her in it… It wouldn’t be the Spider-Man series without her.”
