Transformers 2 isn’t out yet but that hasn’t stopped Paramount from penciling in July 1st, 2011 as the date for Transformers 3.

At this moment neither Shia Labeouf nor Megan Fox have signed up for the movie but Michael Bay has indicated that he will return.
