One of the greatest comedies of all time, Groundhog Day, is set to be made into a musical.

Director Harold Ramis, who played Igon in Ghostbusters, confirmed that he has been working on the script for the musical adaptation.

Groundhog Day, which saw Bill Murray reliving the same day over and over again was an instant classic when it was released back in 1993.
