Chris Fisher, director of the upcoming Donnie Darko sequel – S. darko, has revealed that his next project will be a remake of the John Carpenter-written 1978 movie – The Eyes of Laura Mars.

The Eyes of Laura Mars, which was directed by Empire Strikes Back director Irvin Kershner, saw Faye Dunaway star as a photographer who’s able to see what a killer sees as he commits acts of murder.

Didn’t Robert Downey Jr. star in a movie with Ashly Judd that was similar in concept a few years back?

Anyway, the script is completed and shooting is due to commence in the fall.
