Neil Marshall’s upcoming film Centurion has had a new picture released, showing star Michael Fassbender (300) on the run from what look to be angry men on horseback.

Considering the boring and samey nature of Marshall’s past flicks The Descent, Doomsday), this comes as a welcome change.

The story itself sees a Roman legion venture north of Hadrian’s Wall and encounter some very unfriendly natives. Apparently though, it is also somewhat of a horror movie, with the Romans being picked off in the woods.

What am I thinking? I’m thinking why did they film on set in Surrey for a film which is meant to take place in Scotland…?
