For some reason, the news that the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is to return in a live-action movie, the first since the early nineties, has got me as excited as a politician in a titty bar.

Variety have announced that rights-holders The Mirage Group have announced that they plan to release a fifth Ninja Turtles movie in 2011 which will focus on their origins, a kind of reboot if you like.

I cannot wait to see if they use costumes or go for full CGI on this way.
