It’s not very often that a movie concept comes along and just blows my mind, but that’s exactly what happened when I first heard about the upcoming Hansel & Gretel re-imagining.

The premise is simple. Hansel and Gretel are now fifteen years older and they have set themselves up as witch hunters.

Yep, that’s it. Why has this simple premise got me so excited?

Honestly, I don’t know. It just has but then I am easily pleased.

So, imagine how excited I was when my favorite actor; Will Ferrell signed up to the project.

Directing duties will be handles by Tommy Wirkola (Dead Snow) while Will Ferrell and Adam McKay will produce.
