There used to be a time when the mere mention of a new Star Wars game would get me excited, but these days, well, these days any whiff of Star Wars related news gets me hiding under the dinner table sucking my thumb.

So, before I go and take my place under the dinner table, I thought I share with you the news that Star Wars The Clone Wars: Republic Heroes will be the next Star Wars game to hit the major consoles.

Apparently, according to Lucasarts, Republic Heroes will allow the player to fight as both a Jedi Knight or a Clone Trooper and the games will consist of 30 unique missions.

The game will be released in September on every format you can possibly think of.
