Apparently, Capcom has released third-person action game Resident Evil: Degeneration for Apple’s iPhone and iPod Touch. This is the same as Resident Evil 4 and 5 in that it follows the same “over the shoulder” control system. The game is played by the touch sensitive d-pad which appears on the screen.

Incase you were wondering about the narrative, it follows the CGI movie of the same name.

It can be yours from the download price of £3.99 (thats around $6 for you guys in the States). I guess it’s quite a good idea to do this, but doesn’t everyone own a DSi or PSP these days? I just wonder about the feasibility of phone gaming, but I am continually proven wrong.
