Sneak-peek time, courtesy of EmpireOnline. Take a look at Werner Herzog’s Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans starring Mr. Nicholas Cage as a Louisiana cop who’s going “off the reservation in a blizzard of cocaine, fast women and ginormous handguns”.

The cast includes Cage, Eva Mendes, Xzibit, Vondie Curtis-Hall and Val Kilmer. Some are calling it the start of a franchise. In Cage’s words: “You could have Bad Lieutenant: Port Of Call London next. It could happen!”
