Sony have released some new information regarding their upcoming motion controllers to third party developers.

So, without further ado, I shall present to you, in glorious bullet-point fashion exactly what that new information is…

• The motion controllers will launch next Spring
• They will be supported by a ‘range of first-party and third-party content’
• They will support force feedback
• They will work in conjunction with Eye Toy and offer 1:1 control
• Working with the microphone inside the Eye Toy, they will offer voice recognition
• Might be able to work with DualShock 3 with Sony suggesting that “the motion controller could be used as a sword and the DualShock 3 as a shield.”

Mmm, can anyone say shoe-horn?
