Nicholas Cage Wants To Do Another Ghost Rider Movie!

Nicolas Cage has been talking about the direction he wants Ghost Rider 2 to take. Instead of a straight sequel to the poorly received Marvel superhero flick, he wants to do a reboot.
But get this; he wants to reprise his role in the reboot.
Yep, not much of a reboot then is it Nick?
For me personally, Nicolas Cage was what was wrong with Ghost Rider, so the thought of a brand new Ghost Rider with him as Ghost Rider, well, it doesn’t make much sense does it.
It’s only going to confuse everybody.
Anyway, here’s what he had to say about the project, which it must be noted, is still without both a writer and director…
“I would like to do a re-conceive. I would like to go in a whole other direction, and I think that’s what they’re talking about. I would make it less of a Western and more of an international story.”
It has been said many times that Cage was a big fan of Ghost Rider but after what he did to the first movie, I find that hard to believe.
Nick, if you’re listening, if you love Ghost Rider, let him go.
