Ubisoft To Make Games For Facebook!

ubisoftWell, it was only a matter of time before one of the video industries big gun developers started to make games for the social networking giant Facebook wasn’t it?

Ubisoft have announced that they are working on some titles for the Facebook platform.

Laurent Detoc, president of Ubisoft America had this to say…

“We’ve been a leader in the art of making games for many years, and we’re happy to bring the Ubisoft experience to the Facebook platform.”

I won’t bore you with any more quotes but Detoc went on to reveal details about the first game they plan to release; called Tick Tock.

Tick Tock is a timed trivia game that somehow features bombs and explosions, hence the name Tick Tock I guess…

Anyway, Ubisoft also went on to speculate that we could indeed see spinoff versions of some of their bigger IPs, like Assassins Creed for example…

Personally, I don’t care who develops what for Facebook, you won’t find me on there ever! (Note – Griff is not speaking for Nerdles.com, who have their own Facebook page. Griff is a social networking recluse and proud of it.)
