Wii To Get Modern Warfare Port!

While Xbox 360 and PS3 owners get their greasy mitts on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 this holiday season, Wii owners can look forward to a port of 2007′s Modern Warfare 1.
Yes, you read that right.
Activision are going to release Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on the Wii and the port is going to be handled by World at War developer Treyarch who are generally considered to be the weaker of the two teams behind the Call of Duty franchise.
No other details other than a November release have been revealed but methinks no one is really going to care about this one too much.
An inferior port of a two-year old game is only going to hurt the Wii’s public perception in my opinion.

umm… why are they releasing modern warfare 1?!?! WHO cares if they didn’t have it for wii? Its out now im looking for modern warfare 2!!!!
I know, seems pointless. Just another case of Wii hardcore games having to settle for shit. They should have given us a brand new story in the Modern Warfare universe, at least then it would give PS3 and Xbox 360 owners a reason to look at the Wii. As it stands, I’m probably not going to bother with it.
Why would I?
I played it a couple of years ago and it looked better than it ever could on the Wii.
Lazy and shameful if you ask me.
