It seems that any day now we’re gonna be getting an official announcement which confirms that Superman Returns director Bryan Singer will be directing a Battlestar Gallactica movie which won’t be based on the recently finished TV show.

Singer is in talks with Universal. talks which he hopes will bring the sci-fi classic to the big screen.

All sounds somewhat unnecessary to me.
