Capcom, it seems, are monitoring the success of the PS3′s God of War 1 and 2 combo pack very closely with a view of doing something similar with their Devil May Cry franchise.

For those of you who don’t know, Sony are releasing God of War 1 and 2, which were originally released on the PS2, on the PS3 and have converted them into HD.

If successful, it looks likely that Capcom will follow suit and do likewise with Devil May Cry.

Now, if only Sony will green-light the Ratchet and Clank series then I’ll be one happy chappy…
