King Kong star Adrian Brody has signed up for Robert Rodriguez’s Predators.

Brody, it has been confirmed, will take the lead role in the Predator reboot after he lobbied hard for a role on the movie.

Brody joins Danny Trejo, Alice Braga, Oleg Taktarov, Mahershalalhashbaz Ali, Louiz Ozawa, Walt Goggins and “Jason Voorhees” Derek Mears.

Predators is due to be released on July 9th, 2010.
