Hollywood is firmly within the grip of Vampire fever at the moment, thanks in large part to that stupid Twilight movie and perhaps to a lesser extent True Blood the TV show.
Anyway, a new one hits cinemas today (in the UK at least) and it’s called, and it’s a bit of a long title, ready? -- Cirque du Freak: The Vampire’s Assistant, okay maybe it’s not that long of a title, I’m just too lazy to want to type it up…
Okay, for those of you who don’t know much about the movie it revolves around a kid named Darren Shan who with his friend go and visit a Freak Show which is home to a wolf-man, a bearded lady and a Vampire.
It all sounds very intriguing. Take in the trailer and see what you think…
Cirque du Freak: The Vampire’s Assistant is directed by Paul Weitz, who helmed the first American Pie movie and stars the awesome John C Reilly.
