Everybody seems to be going 3D crazy lately and while normally I can’t help but feel they’re gimmicks, this time I think it makes sense.

Dimension films are developing the Hellraiser remake which has been rumored for some time now. What we didn’t know, until now, was that they were planning on doing it in 3D.

I’m actually quite smitten with this idea, a 3-D recreation of Hell would be pretty ace, as would some of the more gory elements like Pinhead’s “Birth” for instance…

Hellraiser is expected to hit cinemas next year.
