Anyway, that particular summer, my thirteenth, was one of the most exciting summers of my life and since then, I have always held a keen interest in all things supernatural, in fact, the first script that I had optioned was about the origins of the Ouija Board.

But I digress, it has been announced that Universal are teaming up with Platinum Dunes to make a movie based on The Ouija Board and it will be written by Tron Legacy writers Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz.

For those of you who remember a movie called Witchboard from the 80′s (Malfado still haunts my sleep) you’ll be disappointed to know that the new Ouija Board movie has nothing to do with it.

Which whatever way you look at it is a shame in my opinion.
