Despite Saw 6 doing less than stellar numbers at the box office, Twisted Pictures have announced that Saw 7, the first of the Saw movies to be in 3-D has gone into production ready for a Halloween 2010 release.

Saw 5 director David Hackl will return to sit on the directors chair while Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton will once again take up writing duties.
