Pink Floyd And Led Zeppelin To Get Their Own Guitar Hero Games?

Only the other day Activision’s Dan Ronsensweig promised us plastic peripheral horders more junk to clutter up our living rooms with the news that they are going to release shit loads of Hero branded games next year.

Now he’s been name dropping some pretty big names in an effort to get bloggers like myself to talk about him again…

Well Big Dan, it worked buddy…

Here’s what he said when he was asked if we would be getting any more single artist-themed releases…

“The question of doing single band release is one we’ll evaluate. There are of course iconic bands like Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd that I love – but we have a successful formula of variety and value. Our preliminary set list for next year is pretty amazing.”

That right there says to me that they are already in talks with Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd, why else would he name-drop them to a news outlet?
