Cheryl Cole To Guest On Doctor Who?

Girls Aloud wallflower and X Factor ‘judge’ Cheryl Cole is being pursued for a guest spot in the next series of Doctor Who, according to a report in The Mirror this week. The show started back with its current sereis this sunday on BBC 1. I’m all for jumping on the bandwagon for popularity stakes but this is surely terrible news for sci-fi fans. She can barely act like she’s interested on the X Factor let alone act in general.
An insider told the newspaper…
“If she can find the time, a part will be written for her.”
A BBC spokesperson refused to deny the speculation, saying…
“The BBC will not be commenting on casting or storyline speculation for the new series of Doctor Who.”
Please no.
