Kelsey Grammer has admitted that he turned down the chance to become a porn star when he was a struggling teen actor.

The legendary actor revealed that he was initially interested in the offer, reports Contactmusic.

He explained…

“I have been offered some odd roles. When I was young and cute, I was actually offered a porn film once. I was 18 years old. I was very broke at the time. It would’ve been $10,000 (£6,250).
They said I was going to go on this yacht in the Bahamas with these two beautiful women. They called it The Bermuda Triangle, [which] sounds pretty good. But then I thought, if I get lucky and actually do have success, I would be buying up copies of that for the rest of my life.”

So maybe the Frazier theme tune opening line ‘well baby I hear the blues are calling’ was a tribute?
