Miyamoto Talks Super Mario Galaxy 2

Gaming God Shigeru Miyamoto has been talking to the guys over at the Official Nintendo Magazine about the upcoming Super Mario Galaxy 2 and in particular whether or not the difficulty of the game will require a Super Guide like the one incorporated in New Super Mario Bros. Wii. (Just in case you don’t know, the Super Guide is a game mechanic which auto plays a level for you if you’re stuck on it)

“As far as the challenge of Super Mario Galaxy 2 is concerned, I think it’s going to be a really challenging game, but whether or not we are going to incorporate the Super Guide, I just cannot tell.
In general, wherever and whenever appropriate, I think we will want to incorporate that kind of thing, but I cannot commit to anything specific right now.”
