It has been reported that Johnny Depp has been offered an obscene £21 million to star in the fourth Pirates of the Caribbean movie.

It is thought that Disney bosses offered him such a high fee because fellow ‘Pirates’ stars Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley will not be reprising their roles.

Also it has been been heavily rumored that Oscar winner Geoffrey Rush will return as Captain Barbossa.

While we’re on the subject of Pirates 4 rumors, Penelope Cruz has been linked to the play the lead female role.
