In further ratings news David Tennant’s penultimate outing as The Doctor in ‘The Waters of Mars’ drew 9.13m (33.9%) for BBC One.
The second of this year’s specials topped the Easter Sunday ratings logged by ‘Planet of The Dead’, which drew a respectable 8.41m (39.6%) back in April.

We have also learned that the title of the Doctor Who Christmas special will be ‘The End of Time: Part One’. The second part, which will be Tennant’s last as The Doctor, is expected to air on New Years Eve.
