Uncharted 2 Movie Now A High Priority

Spider-Man producer Avi Arad is busying away at an Uncharted movie.
Due to the recent release of Uncharted 2 on the PS3, and it’s subsequent success, Sony are pushing forward with the movie adaptation.
Previously, Kyle Ward was due to pen the script but he has now been dumped by Sony because his other writing commitments have clashed with Sony’s new vigour regarding the movie.
Replacing Ward as writers is Dean Donnelly and Joshua Oppenheimer who previously wrote ‘Sahara’ and are working on the upcoming Conan the Barbarian reboot.
