Something, Something, Something, Dark Side; that’s what they’re calling the next Family Guy Star Wars parody.

The follow up to Blue Harvest, the hour-long episode this time focuses on The Empire Strikes Back and is released on DVD and Blu-ray on December 22nd.

It was orginally scheduled to close out the seventh season of Family Guy but it got pushed back to premiere the upcoming eigth season.

A limited edition DVD will be available which will come with some collectables plus a t-shirt which for geeks like me, makes the limited-edition an essential purchase.

Anyway, check out the trailer, it’s pretty much what you’ve come to expect from Family Guy these days and if I were to compare the two trailers; Something Something Something Dark Side and Blue Harvest, I have to say that I laughed hard when I first saw the Blue Harvest trailer and not so much on this one; take that for whatever it’s worth…
