Redrum, Redrum! There’s Going To Be A Sequel To The Shining

Stephen King has revealed that he’s started work on a sequel to his 1977 classic novel The Shining.
According to Contactmusic, King has confirmed that he is busying away writing the sequel which will be set 40 years after the first book and will focus on Jack Torrance’s (played by Jack Nicholson in the movie) son Danny.
At this moment the working title for the book is Doctor Sleep.
King also revealed that he is nervous about going back to such an iconic novel…
“Maybe if I keep talking about it I won’t have to write it.”
