I wouldn’t be surprised if that was their intention, I mean, you had the iron man cameo and cap america, so why not Hawkeye?

No. That’s a HMMMV antennae. Sorry, I know you wanted it to be. Sad thing is, that guy isn’t mentioned in the film credits either. Not even as “2nd guy in back of vehicle aka Hawkeye…”

Doesn’t look like a bow to me…looks like the truck has two antennae…one on each side…I can see how it looks like a bow but I do not think it is….
