Christopher Lloyd Is Up For Roger Rabbit Sequel

Christopher Lloyd has revealed that he would love to appear in Robert Zemeckis’ upcoming Roger Rabbit sequel. Lloyd, who played the bad guy Judge Doom in the original Roger Rabbit was talking to DigitalSpy about the possibilities of reprising his role… First up, Digital Spy asked him if he’d been approached for the sequel? “I haven’t. I know Bob Zemeckis of course, we’re sort of neighbours in California and I just saw him the other day. Some of the people that work for him, co-producers, have mentioned it but nobody’s come to me to say, ‘We’re doing another one, we’d like you to be in it’, yet. I would absolutely love to though, yes. No…

Lie To Me Picked Up For A Full Season

The intriguing “Lie to Me” has been picked up by Fox for a full season. Fox has ordered nine additional episodes of the human lie detector drama starring Tim Roth, which completes the full season order. The episodic order follows the three-script pickup for “Lie” last month. With Shawn Ryan as new show-runner, the 20th TV/Imagine TV-produced “Lie to Me” has done so-so in the post-”House” Monday 9 p.m. time slot this fall. In its most recent airing this week, the Christmas-themed episode of “Lie to Me” averaged 7.3 million viewers and a 2.7 rating in adults 18-49, holding onto 60% of its “House” demo lead-in. Still, the show is doing well enough to warrant…

New Wolfman Poster – First Look

I’ve got to say it, The Wolfman starring Benicio Del Toro and Anthony Hopkins is looking particularly awesome. The more I see of it the more I want to see it. Directed by Joe Stevenson and starring Emily Blunt, Anthony Hopkins, Hugo Weaving and the aforementioned Benicio Del Toro. The Wolfman sees Del Toro play a man who returns home only to get bitten by a bloody wolf, and it’s not one of them regular wolves that require you to speed down to the A&E for a quick tetanus booster, no, it’s only a friggin werewolf ain’t it? Anyway, like I said, it’s looking pretty special. The Wolfman hits cinemas on 12th, February (UK) httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VS02xaTIdRI…

Stand-Up Doug Stanhope To Team Up With Charlie Brooker

Controversial American stand-up Doug Stanhope is to join Charlie Brooker’s Newswipe. BBC Four has ordered a second six-part series to air in January, with Stanhope as the programme’s US correspondent. Charlie Brooker as ever cheerful, says: ‘The return of Newswipe is both exciting and daunting, because it nearly killed me last time. Maybe this time it’ll finish the job. It’s hard to say precisely what we’ll be featuring, because I can’t predict the future, but hopefully we won’t be picking apart coverage of either an intercontinental nuclear war or a global ebola outbreak. Whatever happens, we’ll be staring at it with amusement and horror.’ Tweet This Post
