Good News UK! Youtube Have Started Showing Full Length TV Episodes

YouTube has launched a new TV shows section for UK users due to the huge demand for full-length TV programmes online. YouTube is initially posting around 5,000 videos, of which almost 4,000 are full-length programmes, from more than 60 partners. YouTube said it “expects this to significantly increase in the coming months” and a full range of Channel 4 shows will be available in early 2010. For established broadcasters, including Channel 4, partnering with YouTube is a response to the trend of both viewers and advertisers leaving television channels for the internet. Lost Returns On February 2nd, 2010

So finally there’s been confirmation of the U.S return date of ‘Lost’ on our screens. ‘Fastforward’ was going to be my ‘Lost’ backup but that is already on the downturn it seems so the sooner ‘Lost’ returns the better. The show will return for its sixth and final season on Tuesday, February 2, and man am I excited to see the conclusion! After slowly petering out midway through its cycle the show came back with a bang last season and I’m sure we’re in for an exciting finale to come! Will Hawkeye Appear In The Thor Movie?

Here’s an interesting little rumor for you all. A lot of websites are reporting that Hawkeye will make an appearance in Keneth Branagh’s upcoming Thor movie. The rumor stems from an interview that Jeremy Renner (28 Weeks Late/S.W.A.T.) had with Empire Magazine in which he hinted that he will be performing a brief cameo as Hawkeye in order to set the character up for the planned Avengers movie. This is what he said… “Hawkeye could be interesting. The Sopranos Movie Ain’t Official Yet, Capish?

There’s a rumor floating around that there’s a Sopranos movie on the way. Heck, ever since the series ended fans of the Mafia-based TV show have been speculating when we’ll see Tony Soprano on the silver screen. Well, Tony’s cousin Christopher Moltisanti, (played by Michael Imperioli) has said that any talk of a Sopranos movie is pure rumor and speculation at this moment in time.
