Figures published by The Hollywood Reporter have revealed that the most watched show of this decade was the 2004 series finale of Friends which attracted 52.5 million viewsers.

Second on the list was a 2000 episode of Survivor: Borneo with 51.7 million while another ‘reality show’ Joe Millionaire came in third with a 2003 episode which scored 40 million.
