Brad Pitt To Produce Prince Vlad Biopic
Brad Pitt is set to produce a movie based on Prince Vlad, or Vlad the Impaler, or the guy who inspired the Prince Dracula legend.
Vlad will be written by Sons of Anarchy actor Charlie Hunman and tells the story of how the brutal Vlad earned himself the nickname of The Impaler.
Seriously, if you don’t know your history, do a search for Vlad The Impaler, the guy was a sicko, here’s a little description that I lifted from Wikipedia…
The atrocities committed by Vlad in the German stories include impaling, torturing, burning, skinning, roasting, and boiling people, feeding people the flesh of their friends or relatives, cutting off limbs, and drowning. All of these punishments mainly came from things people did that displeased Vlad the most; stealing, lying, and adulterous relations.
Sounds like a pretty fun guy eh?
