There’s been much speculation as of late as to whether or not Chris Nolan will helm the third Batman movie.

With no official news on the project, fans are beginning to wonder if Nolan has had enough of the Caped Crusader.

Well, Morgan Freeman thinks that there’s nothing to worry about and insists that Nolan will indeed return. Talking to MTV, this is what he said…

“I know – I just know – that Chris is working on number three. He couldn’t possibly not be.”

He went on to add that both he and Michael Caine are likely to return also…

“What I don’t know is how that story is going to play out – where it’s going to be and who’s going to be in it. There’s a good chance he would incorporate Lucius Fox and Alfred.”

So, who would he like to see go up against Batman in the sequel to Dark Knight?

“I want to see Catwoman. I have [a casting] idea, but it’s just an idea and I’m going to keep it to myself.”
