Tony Hawk: Ride Sells Over A 100,000 Units
Despite generally getting panned by nearly every news portal who reviewed it, Tony Hawk: Ride still sold over a 100,000 copies, 114,000 to be exact.
With a Metacritic score of 48 you would have been justified that the game would have tanked but it seems that there’s people out there who don’t pay attention to reviews and just buy their games blindly.
At a whopping $120, Tony Hawk: Ride has generated $13 million so far and one can probably expect to see that number rise the closer we get to Christmas.
With those kind of figures behind it, expect Activision to announce a sequel within the next four months.
Tony Hawk: Ride is available on Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii
