Syfy have greenlit a second series for Stargate Universe.
Stargate Universe is the fourth TV spin-off of the Stargate franchise and sees a ragtag crew of Military, Scientists and Civilians stranded far far away on an ancient and mysterious spaceship.
Stargate Universe begins its second season production in early 2010.

i love stargate. I have a close friend at work that used to be a policeman at the real cheyenne mountain base. He would catch idiots trying to sneak in to see the stargate continuously. awesome.
