Stargate Universe AND Sanctuary To Get New Seasons
Syfy has handed new seasons to both Stargate Universe and Sanctuary. SGU, which recently aired its midseason finale, will extend its hiatus until April, with season two arriving in the Fall alongside Sanctuary’s third run. “We’re dealing with 15 seasons of expectations with a certain fanbase,” Said Universe’s executive producer Robert Cooper. “Hopefully, as the show goes on, people will appreciate Universe for being its own thing. The implications of leaving Rush on the planet, the real division that will cause among the crew, the judgment of those characters and their actions are going to have a big impact on the show. “We have a lot of things planned for the second half of the…
Oh My God! I’m NEVER Going Skiing – Check Out The Trailer For Frozen…
I’ve never trusted those ski lift thingies, I’m a very paranoid person when it comes to lifts of any kind so when I first saw the Frozen trailer it messed me up on so many levels. Basically, Frozen centers on a group of friends who con their way to some free ski lift passes and end up being stranded on the buggers when the mountain closes for the week. Honestly, this is one of the scariest trailers I’ve seen in a long time and I’m not talking jumpy scary or horror scary but psychological scary, the type of scary that changes your life and makes you look at things differently. Frozen looks like one of…
Flight Of The Conchords Take Flight And Head For The Sunset
Flight Of The Conchords will not be returning for a third season, its creators have announced. Writing on their website, Bret McKenzie, Jemaine Clement and James Bobin confirmed that the HBO series is officially dead. “We’ve noticed the less we say about the future of the show, the more people want to talk about it, so in an effort to reverse this trend we are today announcing that we won’t be returning for a third season. We’re very proud of the two seasons we made and we like the way the show ended.” For me the second season, although having a few highlights, was much weaker than the first which suggests they were running low…

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q_vB94dnWQo Capcom have revealed that Mega Man 10 will be released in March, 2010. Available only through download, Mega Man 10 is a retro throwback to the orginal Mega Man series that utilizes the same graphical stylings of the classic NES games. The Mega Man games were famed for their extreme toughness but thankfully, this time around, Capcom have decided to throw in an easy mode for people like me (i.e; shit gamers…) Mega Man 10 will be available on Xbox Live, WiiWare and the PSN. Alan Partridge Is Going To America
Steve Coogan has revealed that the Alan Partridge movie will take the legendary chatshow host to America. Speaking to Empire, Coogan said that an official announcement on the movie will be made in “the next couple of months“. “We’re doing it in the States, but I’m not going to try and Americanise it,” said Coogan. “I wouldn’t try to do the same observational stuff here that I do in Britain. I’m not going to come over here and go, ‘Right, now I’m going to try and invent five different characters who are all American,’ because I’m not steeped in American culture. It wouldn’t work.” He went on to add… “I’m so ingrained in British culture…
