Ah, E3 2009, what a show. We had Microsoft unveil Project Natal, we had Sony show off what we are now calling Gem and we had Nintendo with their, um, their…, well, that little white box thingy that you placed on your finger… The Vitality Sensor they called it and it checked your vital signs for signs of, um, vitality? Anyway, Nintendo have trademarked the name “WiiRelax” and many people in the industry are predicting that “WiiRelax” will be the first game to use the Vitality Sensor. Brittany Murphy RIP 1977-2009
Some sad news to report this morning folks, actress Brittany Murphy died yesterday at the age of 32. It seems that the actress was suffering from flu-like symptoms and the medication she was taking to combat the illness had an adverse effect on her heart. Now, of course, being only a day on from her passing, no one really knows for sure what ended her life and I’m not about to get into speculation territory as what killed her isn’t what we should be focusing on this morning. Sony have revealed the release dates for their games out in the first quarter of 2010. Up first is MAG: Massive Action Game which hits the shelves on January 29.
