Both Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow have said that there is no point in fans getting excited over a possible Friends reunion movie coz there ain’t gonna be one.

Talking to The AP, both Cox and Kudrow claim that they have never been approached by Friends’ creators David Crane and Marta Kauffman with regards to filming a movie spin-off.

This is what Kudrow had to say…

“Sex and the City was already filmic. It was a single-camera show that was like a half-hour movie every week, anyway. Our show was multi-camera in front of an audience. Whenever movie versions of those types of shows have been done, they’ve been sort of satirical. Maybe in ten more years, other people will play us and make fun of it.”

She’s got a point, a Friends movie without sets and a studio audience would be kinda weird.
